West Palm Beach Man Arrested for Stuart Home Invasion and Rape
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Stuart Police said that Wednesday night, shortly after 7:30 p.m., a man entered an 18-yr. old woman's apartment with a gun, raped her and then tied her up and put a plastic bag over her head.
The woman's roommate later found her and they called police.
The West Palm Beach Police Department apprehended the suspect, Jose C. Irurzun Bernal, 21, at 3:00 a.m. Thursday morning and brought him back to Martin County. He is charged with sexual battery while armed with a firearm, armed burglary and attempted murder. He is being held in the Martin County Jail without bond.
