TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK....NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL THU JUL 24 2008 FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO... tropical storm dolly...centered inland about 100 miles northwest of brownsville texas. Elsewhere a broad area of low pressure...associated with a large westward-moving tropical wave...is located over the tropical eastern atlantic about 600 miles west of the african cape verde islands. significant development of this system is not expected during the next couple of days.
